How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. We offer standard and express shipping at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other major credit cards. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For defective products, contact us within 7 days with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier's website with the tracking link provided.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP shipping is selected.
How do I care for my phone case?
Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and harsh chemicals. Most cases support wireless charging.
What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For wholesale (stock items): 10+ pcs per style/color, with a total minimum of 100 pcs. For OEM/ODM custom orders: 50+ pcs per style/color, with a total minimum of 300 pcs. New mold development — contact us. Please confirm specific customization details and MOQ with us before ordering.
Can you develop new custom molds?
Yes. We work with partner mold factories to develop new phone case molds based on your 3D file or reference design. Contact us with your concept for a quote.
Can I customize the packaging?
Absolutely. We offer custom boxes, brand cards, poly bags, and hang tags with your logo. Minimum order depends on the packaging type. Contact us with your requirements.
Are samples free? Will the cost be refunded on bulk orders?
Samples are available for a small fee. The sample cost is refundable when you place a bulk order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact us to request a sample.
Can you print my logo on the products?
Yes. We support UV printing, pad printing, and embossing for custom logos on phone cases. Send us your logo file and we'll provide a mockup before production.
How long does production and delivery take?
Wholesale: 5–10 business days for production + 10–25 days (Sea) or 5–10 days (Air) shipping. OEM orders: 14–25 business days total, including sample, production, and shipping. Contact us for a schedule tailored to your destination.
What payment terms are available for bulk orders?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and Western Union for wholesale and OEM orders. Flexible payment terms can be discussed for long-term partnerships.
Can I visit your factory?
Welcome! Our factory and showroom are in Guangzhou, China. Contact us in advance to schedule a visit — we'll arrange pickup and a guided tour.
What if there are quality issues?
We have strict QC before shipment. If any defects are found upon arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos or video. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for the defective units.
